Finish the session right.

Two small-batch balms made for the hour after you step out of the chamber. One cools. One comforts. Both are made to be applied only once your session is over.

The line

Small batches. High-oleic sunflower oil, shea butter and no water in either formula.

CryoBalm Muscle · 2 oz tin

Cooling arnica balm

Arnica-infused sunflower oil, shea butter and beeswax, finished with menthol and peppermint for a cooling sensation on the skin.

  • Cooling sensation
  • Rubs in without a greasy film
  • Pocket-size tin
CryoBalm Skin · 4 oz glass jar

Whipped butter for after-session skin

A whipped, water-free butter with calendula-infused sunflower oil, shea and jojoba. Enriched with grass-fed tallow. Unscented, because skin straight out of the cold is reactive.

  • Unscented
  • Light, whipped feel
  • Patch test before first use

One rule, printed on every label

Apply after your session only. Skin must be completely dry before cryotherapy. Moisture or oils on the skin before a session raise the risk of cold injury, so CryoBalm waits until you are done.

How it fits a session

  1. Session

Dry skin, as always. Nothing applied first.

  2. Warm up

Let skin come back to room temperature.

  3. CryoBalm

Muscle where you want a cooling feel. Skin everywhere else.
